When life has other plans
Hey everyone, another sprint report from RewoHub this Sunday. The commitment this time looked as the following.
ā Add a notification sound, when you are getting a call
You will now get a sound notification when receiving a call. You will also have a sound playing when calling someone.
š§ Only people within the same organization should be able to call one another, currently all can.
I am currently working on this micro-service. This needed a bit more time investigating securing https://socket.io/. There should never be a compromise regarding security and I will take my time for that.

š§ Add a timeout, when trying to call someone 15s
One of the things that fell out of scope this time. There is the possibility to stop calling someone now.
š§ Add the possibility to call someone by username
I started to work on this but could not finish it yet. Iām aiming for this in the next sprint.
Not a great sprint regarding achieved goals. My primary job required some overtime, so I got less time working for RewoHub. The work was fun though and very rewarding.
I started my very own developer blog. I did a quick dive into Astro to build it. For the next sprint. Iām aiming for:
