RewoHub - It's time to talk about money

Ahoy people! A wonderful Sunday evening here in Austria. Dogs are chill, GF is chill, and Dodo is chill. How could it else be when you just had a hard week at work but still got more than originally committed done for your own projects?

And here is where I’m drawing the line. I’m now splitting the posts for RewoHub and Ahoystack. Let’s start with what has happened in the last 2 weeks for RewoHub.

Results

✅ fix: resending email verifications as it is currently broken.

Found and fixed. Ever in need to reverify your email? No problemo.

✅ add: Make columns a drop target on the kanban board.

The benefit of using your own product are you find such annoyances like this bug quickly. No more dummy cards are required as a drop target.

Bonus!

✅ Organise a logo for RewoHub

I’ve used the wonderful page logology made by our Dagobert Renouf. I’m a developer and really bad at design. You simply answer 16 questions and get a logo and color with explanations of the symbology and color schema. I love to solve problems with money.

✅ fix: Kanban Column / Cards are awkward to edit on Firefox.

Firefox is the new IE, eh? Firefox has an issue regarding <input>/<textareas> which are wrapped in an HTML element with the draggable property set to true. The cursor always jumps to the start of such elements. So handlebars it is. It actually looks really nice IMO.

Outlook

In the next iteration, I will face a to-do that I dreaded for quite some time. The work on adding subscriptions starts.
